Home 2 suite baltimore wh11/15/2023 The Front Office Manager Monique (MO) is the same. I have seen her clean rooms, work valet whatever it takes she does it with a smile. Patty the General Manager is seen everyday doing whatever is required. They have accommodated any request, they are always happy to see you. I really appreciate the hospitality that has been provided. This entire Team reflect great credit upon themselves, Hilton but more importantly Home 2 Suites Baltimore. I am a previous Hotel General Manager so I have a little insight as to what type of commitment it takes to have a good operation, the Leadership required and the can do attitude regardless of situation. I will be leaving soon for a short break but will be returning for another long term stay. Eric who also works multiple positions, always has a smile and the entire Team here has a service heart! BTW, he also makes the best coffee. This is a very good location for business in Baltimore. Hotel is well appointed, clean within walking distance of shopping and local dining. The ownership sure needs to appreciate this type of commitment. I have seen these ladies work entire days and it seems that they are never off. I know for fact that they are very understaffed, you would never know.
